Confirm booking / Deposit

The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and subsequent written confirmation of the payment accreditation. The amount of the deposit varies according to the length of the stay.

In case of late arrival or early departure, 90% of unused days will be charged
However, it is advisable to take out travel insurance which could be useful in case of cancellation of the booking

Discounts for children

Children staying in their parents’ room in an extra bed (minimum 3 nights) have the following reductions:

• children up to 3 years: -50%
• children from 3 to 12 years: – 30%
• children aged 12 to 16: -20%
• children from 16 years on: – 15%

Children from 0 to 1 year – in bed with parents – free stay

The cot 8 euros per day.

Cancellation conditions

Having to cancel a reservation, arrive a few days late or leave early is always a welcome thing, both for you and for us. In case of partial or complete cancellation of the reservation, the following penalties apply:

• up to 21 days from the date of arrival the cancellation is free, the deposit will be returned.
• from 20 days from the date of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be retained.
• from 15 days before the arrival date, 60% of the entire booking amount will be retained.
• from 10 days before the arrival date, 80% of the entire booking amount will be retained.
• from 4 days before the arrival date, 90% of the total amount of the reservation will be retained.

Accommodation

Our 9 rooms are accessible by stairs, two rooms are on the ground floor.

Pets

We are sorry but your four-legged friends must stay at home.
Animals are not admitted.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel areas, including rooms.
